We caught a local bus to an older part of Tokyo where we wandered through old streets and shops. We saw a few wooden houses which are slowly disappearing from this urban landscape.
We walked to Uenopark which is a hilltop green space with a zoo(closed) shrines and paradise. It felt as if we were in the countryside not the largest city in the world.
We trained it back to our hotel and ended the day with a group meal where we cooked okonamiyaki on a table bbq. Early start in the morning when we sadly leave Tokyo.
