A leisurely day starting with a traditional sail boat journey down the Kumamo river to the second shrine. Another site of great spiritual significance and an 890 year old spirit tree.
We had ramen for lunch and then an afternoon to walk along the beach of a small fishing village.
We ate dinner at a French bistros. A very different experience!
